Version 1.0 of the ALS

Version 1.0 of the ALS Race for Research website is done, thanks to a late-night and about two liters of caffeinated diet cola. This is the first website project that I’ve ever done that really means something and might actually positively affect the lives of friends and family. This is cool.

Also: there was a front-page article in the Asheville Citizen-Times detailing the my cousin Christy’s struggle with the disease and her decision to form the foundation. Definately worth reading, especially if you don’t know what ALS — commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease — is all about.
