For those who don’t want to pay a lot for the full version of Adobe Photoshop mainly because they don’t want all the production-level features (like CMYK space editing, channels, etc.), Adobe has Adobe Photoshop Elements 1.0. You can even download a thirty-day trial. Amazon is selling this for $89, and supposedly there is a $30 mail-in rebate if you have a registered version of Adobe Photoshop LE or Photodeluxe. I’m downloading the trial version now to see if it will fit my scanning and image-tweaking needs.

Of course, you could run The GIMP on Win32. For free.
