I am beginning the slow, arduous process of digitally archiving all of my CDs — or, at least, the ones I deem worth saving. This may take awhile. I think I’m going to discover that I’m ready to let go of some CDs in the process.

BTW: the best way to digitize (on Windows, at least) is to get yourself a copy of Exact Audio Copy (EAC) and the most recent command-line version of LAME. Then, make sure that EAC is setup to fire off LAME with the command line —preset r3mix and you are good to go.
