They offer really cheap space (100 MB), PHP scripting, 5 e-mail aliases, and limited CGI access (for other blog tools, like Greymatter or Movable Type) for only $5 a month. Niiice. Plus, they recommend getting a domain name with DomainMonger.com (only $17 a year). Even better.
