Ok. I quit caffeine. Again.
By “quit” I mean that my intake has been sharply reduced. I’ll still have a coffee now and again, but I’ve cut out the massive intake (read: 10-12 cans of diet Coke a day) of cola and caffeinated products.
After 48 hours of non-stop withdrawal headaches, I think I’m alright now. Hopefully, I can keep this up. I’m mostly drinking water now, which is a Good Thingtm.
