… you’ve just blown all hopes of getting anything but a nap for a night’s sleep because you stayed up all night mucking around with the main index template that came with Movable Type to make your weblog purty.

After spending all that time this morning (!) on the weblog, I had two grown-up realizations: (a) I would have been better off getting that six hours of sleep instead of tinkering with HTML and other crap and (b) the fact that my weblog template wasn’t totally swank and 1334 yesterday didn’t really matter to pretty much anyone outside of myself.

In other news, I’m turning 30 in a few days. Renting Logan’s Run seems to be appropriate. Maybe in my next thirty years, I’ll learn to manage my time more wisely.
