I want someone to invent a plugin for e-mail clients or SMTP servers that examines the contents of outgoing messages and determines if there’s a good chance that it is a hoax (e.g. Bill Gates will send you $1000 if you beta test Windows and its many variants). This software would then notify the sender via a message box (if client based) or a bounced e-mail (if SMTP based) with instructions on how to resend it if it was falsely accused of being a waste of time.
