I am one of the VC 200 (I left Pair Networks for them) and have been happy with their level of service and dedication, especially considering they are operating with a pretty small staff. While they do not support web applications written in Java, they do support pretty much everything else (Perl, PHP, Python, and, yes, even Ruby).
