Consider the patterns that you can observe about how you do your best work and which tasks have benefitted from a certain tool or approach in the past.

This article led me to Trumba, which is indeed pretty and nice, and would help Michelle and I sort our various and sundry appointments out, but just like any other system (or IT project, for that matter) adoption — buy-in — is crucial for success.
