Hypocrisy on DC is hardly newsworthy anymore, but it’s still pretty funny when Majority Leader Bill Frist, agent provocateur of the so-called “nuclear option” to ban the filibuster as a means of blocking judical nominees in the Senate, gets himself mentally pantsed by a simple question from Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

Turns out that Frist voted to uphold a filibuster once upon a time (you know, before 9/11, when everything changed).

So much for the “Constitutional option” meme!
