Circuit Training. Day Two.

First day of doing weights in addition to the LifeCycle. I was able to blow through the two sets of everything in ten minutes flat, and spent the remaining half-hour on the bike. Not as sore today, and only got about 300 cals out of the bike, but the weightlifting beforehand really tired me out.

Tomorrow: all bike, all the time.
