At this time, I’ve settled into the new routine. I feel pretty comfortable with the workout as it is, with the exception of the pull-up machine, which, without any ability to have a significant rest between sets, utterly destroys me. I’m lucky to get eight repititions out on the second set, even with maximum assistance from the machine.
I weighed myself yesterday, and found that I’m somewhere around 220. My goal at the end of this six week period is to be down around 200 (or less). So far, after the first week, there has been little change on the scale (if any).
Five weeks to go. Huzzah!
